Deposits
$100 deposit to reserved the date. No reservation will be made without deposit
Deposit are not refundable unless cancel before 24 hours
After you reserved
Final payments
Due 1 week before the party cash
Checks two week before
After the party is paid in full there will be no refunds is the party is cancel
Party day
No guest will be allowed to enter before the specified time our recommendation is to put the exact time on the invitations
Customer should return the facility empty by the specified time, there will be another party after yours, and we need to clean and set up.
We do not provide alcoholic beverage. You could bring your own only after our approval and a bartender will be added to your order. Beers only in cans or kegs (no bottles)
Anything coming from outside must be notified and approved
